min qualifications for leader board

Hi - how can i set OOTP so i can see the min qualification for leaderboard pages, no matter what day of the season i am in?

ie Total AB to qualify for AVG leader.

even a pop up (tool tip) would be helpful

Go to the leaderboards page and under each category heading it lists the minimum requirements.
