What gives with the game lately?

It has gotten so buggy that it is getting frustrating. Team graphics disappear and have to be put back in nearly every time I start perfect team. The friends list is rendered useless and now I bid on a card, the PP are deducted, but then an hour later, the bid doesn't show up and the card is no longer in the auction house. There were two before, the one I bid on and the one that remains. What gives? I thought that once a bid was in the card could not be withdrawn. Obviously my bid was accepted because you can see the PP were deducted. The card was up for 40,000 with no buy now. At the very least I want my 50,000 PP back. See attached.

Update at 7:15 - Suddenly the card and the bid reappear in my bid history and the card is back in the auction house. I do not understand, did it escape from who ever kidnapped it?

Another update - And now it disappears again from my bid history and my auction house. The last time it was gone for an hour, seemingly because my bid was topped, and then showed up later, with my PP returned, so I upped my bid. Guess I got beaten again. This is not the way it's supposed to work. With such a lag between my bid being beaten and my chance to re-bid, it makes the process more trouble than it's worth. Gotta be some kind of bug thing going on.

Finally got my PP back from the second bid, but it was weird and frustrating. Last time took two hours. I didn't even look to see if auction was still going. I'd had enough.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I've been experiencing them as well, too many to list. The most frustrating one is when I got beat in a tournament by a team that was somehow able to swap players in and out from their reserve roster, ensuring they always had a rested high value starter in a capped tournament. I reported them for cheating, and sent an email to ootpdevelopments. I was totally ignored. About a day later I was matched up with the same player, who was still swapping players, and luckily I won. The devs often say they are a small team, and maybe they are overwhelmed, but they could at least respond to the community about some issues. They just got bought out by a bigger company, It's not like they're too broke to hire some help.

The friends button will be fixed in the next patch. About the AH, please make sure you did not have any filters set, I am pretty sure that was the problem. Plus, there is a technical limitation that it only shows the auctions of your last 100 bets.

The team graphics problem is a rare one which we still are trying to reproduce.

Uh oh

Startups in niche markets that get bought by a bigger company usually kiss customer service goodbye as a first step to "improving the bottom line."

You sorted the auctions by "Buy-Now" price. This will actually filter the auctions to only show ones with a price. This is to circumvent that all auctions without a price are shown first and you have to potentially skip multiple pages.
The auction you watched had no "Buy-Now" price and was therefor filtered out.

There were two replies directly from developers the morning after his complaint...

And yes it does look like he sorted by buy it now which has always removed auctions without one.

Thank you for the answer. I guess my setting of the filter also influenced the large interval time involved in my PP returning and restoring my ability to submit a new bid. Thanks again and I'll watch out for it.
