Problem with tournament roster

For a few days now I am facing a problem with my Bronze 7 (and Bronze 5) tournament roster. After the first tournament simulation it gets constantly changed to a roster that in parts is not what I have set before the first simulation. It always gets changed to the same roster, so for example I always end up with 6 catchers. Even with catcher's fatigue being as it is at the moment, this seems a little exaggerated.
I have tried all different kinds of roster imports, exports, deactiving all the players and activating them again. The result is always the same, "you don't have a chance in tournaments"-roster as before.
In addition, there are two players that I cannot get of the reserve roster. I simply cannot deactivate them anymore. (I had 10 copies of them, but sold 5 of those each and still cannot get them of the reserve roster).
Any ideas? It doesn`t make any sense to take part in bronze tournaments with that team and those tournaments used to be my major sourse of packs.
