Online League - Crash when choosing 'Create Lines from Lineups'

Trying to setup an online league.
When simming forward I run into an injury. I try to select the "Create Lines from Lineups" and then the application crashes.

It looks like the combination of a forward being on a defensive pair and no skaters available for a callup is breaking the AI lineup selection for Albuquerque. Easy enough to fix, though - do the following for Albuquerque:

-scratch O'Etigan
-dress D.Petersen
-move Vauchok from the 3rd LD spot to the 4th RW spot (5-on-5)
-move D.Petersen to the 3rd LD spot (5-on-5, where you move Vauchok from)

That'll allow you to continue normally (at least until they get hit by more injuries - they really need to sign a few minor leagues for depth, a human-run team with no minor leaguers is inevitably going to get into situations the roster AI can't help with.)

This is a test online league I created to work out any issues before we begin for real.
In the future, if there was a minor league system and the depth chart was properly setup, I'm assuming this issue wouldn't have happened?
The AI would have properly moved the right guys into the lineup?
