Historical Leagues (Other Leagues)

I am trying to start a historical league from 2017 with the intention to have access to the 2017-2018 Humboldt Broncos. The leagues I load only have NHL, AHL, and Minors load up for leagues.

Is there a way I can make this work?

Historical Mode is NHL only (although WHA and PCHL is included).

If you're talking in terms of the creating a world in Fictional, yes it's possible but you'd have to manually do it.
