RE: Players Disappearing

Any time there is a HR by the home team (triggering the "fireworks"), then player models disappear with the next batter. The game still proceeds as if they're there -- the camera moves around in sync with the PbP, but the field is empty. You can save, exit, and re-enter and have the players reappear. Is this a known bug? I'm on iOS 14.7.1.

I can't seem to reproduce this, what team are you playing as that has this issue -- is it historical mode, standard or fictional?

It happens in every league I create -- a 1977 historical league and a modern MLB fictional league thus far. I am on an iPhone 11 running iOS 14.7.1. I have posted some pictures below. The first is the 3D settings I'm using. In the second you can see the ball in play (just above the CF wall) but there are no player models on the field. In the third, you can see a runner's head when the camera zooms in while he's headed to 1B on a walk. It only happens after a HR which triggers the fireworks. Saving, exiting, and re-entering the game always fixes the problem (until the next fireworks display, that is). You can play the rest of the game with the issue, you just can't see the players. The camera still moves around and you can usually see the ball.

Awesome that was very helpful thanks. I was able to reproduce -- I had to play as the Mariners. We may be able to get the fix for this into the next patch.

Is this still being worked on, I am experiencing this every time a HR is hit, very hard to manage not being able to see.

Yeah, still being worked on. I've been able to reproduce sometimes, and not other times, so it's quite tricky to track down the issue

This is still an issue.
I'm using iPhone 12 mini and I played for OOTP Go when it was released right away, so I think iOS version doesn't matter.
You guys might give us the option of turning off fireworks. Thanks for helping us, but this bug makes me so uncomfy and I hope you guys make the problem solve.

It is STILL an issue. Come on guys, with APBA and STRAT in the mobile device game as well as Diamond Mind, PLEASE fix this??!!

I can reproduce this bug easily. Every time the home team hits a home run, the; players disappear. For the next edition, could you please give us the ability to disable fireworks? I suspect that is the issue. Please??
