Why does this feel like it released in 2005?

Even the web design of this page feels ancient. I love the game to an extent however it certainly lacks in comparison to say OOTPB. And I understand it has a different team. Idk I guess I'm just frustrated because I see the potential this has to be amazing but the execution right now isn't there yet. The sim speed, the awful custom game creator that lets you lose hours of work and is a masterclass in poor design, the lack of editability once you're actually in a game too. Idk guys send an email to the team that's working on the baseball game cuz it seems like they've had this stuff figured out for awhile now.

So here's one thing that might help: if you want specific things to be changed, such as customization, etc., it helps to point out specific outcomes you would like to the devs (who do read these posts). In other words, "X, Y, and Z for custom games would really help," or "One of the more frustrating things about custom games is that I cannot do X," instead of "the awful custom game creator that lets you lose hours of work and is a masterclass in poor design." The former helps the devs know what isn't working for you, and the latter just lets them know you don't like it.

Also, for what it's worth, forums peaked in the 2000s/early 2010s, so a lot of forum pages look older.

Technically he's right, FHM is good, but dunno, feel like playing an EHM clone. But EHM have 6 yrs old now.

FHM5 to 6 to 7, lot of tiny changes, mainly graphical and roster update.

If they say to me this years you wont see a lot of changes toward the last opus and they put all their effort for the next FHM to improve a lot the game. I will say yes, yeah last years covid didnt help.

But yeah OOTP is a brand and FHM is under it, they have to talk each other to improve FHM and bring it at the OOTPB level quit to abandon a years of release and giving us a roster update to achieve it.

There has been giant leaps and bounds forward in the game over the years, and if you don't see that, okay. You're clearly choosing to avoid them.
