Ranking higher 20?

I thought, that 20 is the maximum in player rankings. But here i see 21. Is it possible?

Yes, it can go higher than 20. It's rare, but it can happen.

The hard cap appears to be 40. If you play historical games you'll see players like Gretzky and Lemieux having attributes over 20. It's how they get their scoring to be so high.
