The Nashville Mookies need a brand identity

With funding help from Chelsea Handler, Ashton Kutcher, and Samuel L. Jackson, LA Dodgers owner Mark Walter wrote his name into the history books by successfully executing one of the wildest scientific endeavors in the history of mankind. He achieved what everyone said was impossible. He cloned Mookie Betts. 9 separate times. His dream of having a lineup comprised entirely of Mookie Betts' was finally achieved.

But like Icarus, Mr Walter would be foiled by his own ambition. Soon the entire coaching staff was Mookie Betts', and before he knew it, so was the LA Dodgers board of directors. Mookie Betts voted 9 to 1 to oust Mr Walter as Chairman and purchased his controlling stake in the team. That very week Mookie Betts announced the team would be moving to his hometown of Nashville, TN. Henceforth, they would be known as the Nashville Mookies.

Now, they are out to conquer.

But first they need a brand identity. A colour scheme. And a stadium.

Sulphur Dell is the quintessential Nashville stadium in my not so humble opinion. No 3d model yet that I'm aware of, but a few good 2d pics on the boards. I'd wager one of the modelers could be persuaded. Mookie's already good D would be magnified by the...ahm...cozy dimensions of the ballpark.

I managed to find a concept version of First Horizon Park where the Nashville Sounds play.

The experiment wasn't as fun as I had hoped. Turns out a team of all Mookie's is exceedingly good. 7 out of 10 were named All Stars, including Catcher Mookie who had a catcher ability rating of 1, and Second Base Mookie who was named the most popular All Star in the NL despite leading the league in errors.

The Mookies wound up with the best record in baseball, led the league in all batting stats, set the record for dingers in a season, and dropped just 3 games on the way to the WS title.
