Franchise History

I have a couple of questions/requests about Franchise History.

In the League Structure screen, if you use the 'Add Team' option to add a new team to a league, play that team for a few seasons, then remove it, is there some way to resurrect that team at a later date, so franchise history (records/stats etc...) is maintained? It is possible to still view the teams old history and home page, but there doesn't appear to be any obvious way to restore the team later, other than creating a new franchise with the same name.

You can do this using the 'Add Hist Team' option, the 'old' team (and years) does subsequently appear on the 'Add Hist Team' menu , and franchise history can be maintained. So it would be nice if a random team that was originally created using 'Add Team' could also be included in the 'Add Hist Team' menu once it has been removed, so it can be restored later if wanted.

Secondly, is it possible to add WHA and PCHL/WHL teams to the 'Add Hist Team' menu? Or perhaps a better suggestion, an option to allow teams on the 'Import Hist Team' and 'Import Team' lists (where those teams already are included) to be imported with empty rosters, so they can be created that way?

Deactivating, then resurrecting a team: can't be done easily. The only thing I can think of doing is leaving them in, but exporting the schedule, rewriting it yourself so they play no games, and then re-importing it; then remove their players and change their budget to $0 so they can't sign/hire anyone (but I'm not sure how well that part would work.) I'm not sure if the Add Hist Team option would work - I think that's pointed at the historical database, not the currently active one, so I'll have to check into whether or not that could be done.

I've never noticed the WHA and PCHL were missing from Add Hist Team, that's an oversight, I'll put that on the to-do list.
