Can't buy Perfect Points

Hey guys,

So for the last week or two I've been completely unable to purchase Perfect Points--I click on the amount I want to buy in game and nothing happens--no pop-up, no redirect, just nothing :/

What device are you on?
And if possible, can you turn on debug mode in the general settings, then attempt a purchase, and then send the trace file to me?

On iOS you can find the trace file in the Files app on the homescreen of your device.

For Android, the best way to get the trace file is to plug your device into your computer, then navigate to \Phone\Android\data\com.com2us.ootpbbgo.android.go ogle.global.normal\files\AppData\prefs\debug

I'm on a Windows PC--typically the game would launch a purchase window that would buy the points in Steam, but that's completely not working anymore...

I've tried it on 2 different PCs, one on Windows 10, one on Windows 11 (same steam account), with the same non-result.

Steam issues buying points is usually related to not having the Steam Overlay enabled. You'll need to enable that in your Steam settings to have the popup to buy points appear.
