Timer in 2D

The game time clock in the 2D game now ticks down even in the various highlights modes (not just in full mode)! That's great. I did notice, though, that in the various highlights modes, the penalty clock does not count down (it does count down in full mode). Maybe that could be fixed in future.

Yup, we'll get that, missed it when fixing the main clock.
