Can’t play

Every time I try and start a new standard game it keeps telling me that the memory could not be read and it keeps crashing. I have made sure the files weren’t corrupted. Also when I get in it won’t show me the screen with all the leagues and my gms nationality in the pop down menu but my fhm 7 works just fine

That sounds like your operating system (Windows, right?) may not be letting you write to the folder it needs to use to create the new game. If you're playing the Steam version, exit the game and Steam client and re-start the Steam client by right-clicking its icon and selecting "Run as Administrator." If you're playing the standalone version, right-click on the FHM8 icon and select "Run as Administrator.." That'll let it create the files it needs.
