Alles Minors (Single A) Join Date: Jun 2021 Posts: 88	VHL foreigners Finns, Latvians, Kazaks, Belarusians and Chineese are not considered foreighers in VHL (see screenshot, ). I guess that's because clubs from these countries play in KHL? In reality everyone except Russians (or players with double nationalities) are considered foreigners in VHL.
