How do you post a screenshot?

I've taken screenshots and located them in the folder, but how do you post them in a message thread?

When you are writing a post, look below the box you are typing in and you will see a button called "manage attachments". That will open up a bop up box with 3 buttons for choosing files. You can use these to ad 3 attachments at a time which will appear below the text of your post.
