How long will OOTP 22 be available on Steam?

I purchased OOTP 22 on Steam and want to keep playing that version for years. But, how long will OOTP 22 be available on Steam? Do they “take it down” at some point?

Perfect Team will stop at some point (typically once it is 2 iterations behind, so when OOTP24 gets released).

However, the core game shouldn't ever be removed as far as I know.

Never say never. I bought the Steam version of OOTP19 when it came out.
Since I had upgraded OOTP since, I removed 19 from my Steam library, but it still showed in my "uninstalled" Steam list.

Had to get a new PC last month, re-installed Steam, and OOTP19 was no longer in my game library. Went to search for it in the store, and OOTP23 was the only version that I could find (see attached), as of today.

You may want to reach out to Steam/OOTP or both.

They did announce they were removing it from being purchased (due to their change in back-end providers), but the announcement said it should not affect purchased games.

I have as far back as version 9 in my library still. You also may want to check your hidden games section in the library as those games will not come up during a basic filter of your games in steam.
