Modern MLB On-Line League (Mystical League)

As mentioned in one of the other posts, this is a friendly on-line player league. Initially this was for family and a small group of PT friends but I offered to expand it and allow more people to join.
The goal is to create a league that develops and moves from the current 2022 MLB roster to a roster in the future of new young talented players.
Have fun and enjoy your team. Don't join to show off or game the system to win. I don't want to look at all the ways you can game OOTP and have an unrealistic team of players & contracts.
I am looking for people to contribute incl. addl. commissioners that can help with the daily tasks.

Funding and Statsplus setup has been taken care off.
Communication happens via Slack.
The league also has a Commissioner site for capturing info (Confluence).

Again, I would like to create a league that we can all enjoy.
Some areas are still tbd and rules are a gentlemen's agreement for anything not yet covered in the Rules.
I have managed plenty of Fantasy leagues that did not require everything to be written down with matching penalties for not following the rules. So here is me hoping....

Format: Modern league with goal to sim for several years.
# of Teams: 30
Export: tbd (depending on # of players joining). More people, more commissioners needed.
League Time Per Sim: tbd (3-7 days)
Current Season: 2022. We will test the setup and then re-start to start fresh with Spring training.

Special Rules & Settings:
Rating Scale: 1-100 (matching Perfect Team), Stars Rating.
Scouts: ON (Frequent updates/Normal accuracy)
Coaches: OFF
Waiver Wire: 7 Days
DFA: 10 days
Salary Cap: Standard
Revenue Sharing: Standard
DH: Yes, Both
Injuries: Normal (low long injury)
Development: .975 Aging & 1.025 Development.
Randomness: 105
Rule 5: YES
Trading: YES with other players.

Just a quick update. The initial comment mentioned a current date start.

We will allow everyone to test their team (a few practice sims) and get comfortable and then re-set the league to the first day of the game (Spring training).
