Custom game crash

Added one new team in a league and a whole new league and now game crashes on sept 20th. I can upload the save.

It is uploaded, file is called "czech created.lg.rar"

It's crashing at the first game in the new Czech league; there appears to be some problem with the roster status of all the goalies on both teams - the AI isn't able to dress them properly so it starts the game without goalies, which causes a crash. Investigating the reason now.

So this shouldnt happen again if I say add another league later?

Not once you've updated with today's hotfix, there's a fix for the bug in it.
