Import 2022 Draft Results Bug

Issue Description: Starting a standard league with all leagues enabled when at the 2022 draft and clicking the IMPORT 2022 DRAFT RESULTS, it completes the draft even though there are no live results. Additionally not many players are shown being drafted and there is no option to sign draft picks afterwards.

My expectation with this would be that at this time clicking the button should pull up a message stating that there are no 2022 draft results at this time and the action fails with no change to the file. Instead reading through the draft log I see only a handful of players having been drafted and looking through both my team and league transactions log there is no mention of players being drafted.

I've uploaded 2 league files to the FTP, a pre and a post of this. I've also included below screenshot of where the button is along with a videos of the experience I saw.
