Buyout and fan happiness

Hi !

I just noticed a bug when you buy out a player's contract.

After he clears unconditionnal waivers, a pop up window comes for confirmation, with the cap hit penalty that the team will have to deal with. If you finally decide not to buy the player's contract out, fan happiness still decreases just as if you effectively lost the player, despite the player finally staying with the team

Strange, the adjustment's supposed to be tied directly to the actual removal of the player from the team. We'll take a look.
