Can't sign UFA, submit offer button greyed out

Hi,

I'm trying to sign Auston Matthews, and I'm stuck on a loop where the submit offer button is greyed out. On the free agent center it says that he prefers my offer over the others, but my offer stays inactive so he won't sign, I don't know what to do. Here are some screenshots of the contract negociation window and the free agent center window :

Edit : I tried to rollback the save with the rs_one and rs_two files but no luck unfortunatly. I don't know if it's possible to do something but I uploaded my save without the graphics under the name "Coyotesbugufa.lg". I'm playing Challenge Mode so I really would like to avoid enabling commissioner mode :-(

There was a successfully accepted offer, but the offer's status seems to be broken somehow and is being treated as open by the negotiation screen and appears to be preventing him from signing anywhere. Malte was able to edit the save to fix it, send me a PM with your email address and I can share the fixed file with you on dropbox.
