Pacific League Baseball Looking for GMs!

PLB is a Fictional Baseball Universe currently in the year 2056, and transitioning to OOTP 23 this upcoming offseason. WeÂ’ve got a very active core base of General Managers and a very active community, both in chat and transactionally.

We use Statsplus, and we used Discord for communications.

Here is the constitution - and IÂ’ll give you a general outline of the settings and rules.
- We Simulate 5 days a week, half a month at a time, Monday thru Thursday and then Saturday.
- We use the 20-80 rating scale, with overalls and potentials turned off.
- Injuries are set to the low rating.
- Talent Change Randomness is set to 120
- 4 years of ML service before a multi-year extension can be offered
- Players who have signed one-year deals are prohibited from being traded. (Specifically, if they signed with a team different from the one they played on the year before)
- DH in both leagues.
- We have a draft lottery, encompassing the bottom 12 teams at the end of each year.
- When a New GM takes over a team, they are offered one contract void that they are allowed to use.

Many of our rules in the constitution are more lenient towards things players have less action over, allowing for you to maximize your skills as a general manager.

CURRENT OPENINGS

Fiji Water (45-36, 2nd ELSE)
Fiji is in a very competitive spot and would be perfect if you want to get into the playoffs quickly. You've got a Incredibly talented young Greek tandem 1B Soterios Makrigiannis and SP Xenos Pavlakakis, along with former MVPs Trevor Siemian and Da'ud bin Sofian, and legendary folklore hero Mark Markgraf. Stabilize their future and get them back into the playoffs!

Honolulu Diamondheads (38-43, 4th ELSE)
Honolulu had its best start in almost a decade this year, only to stumble over itself in June. They've got the tools to explode but Honolulu just needs someone to put the hammer to the nail. LF Kenny Dyer is the surefire favorite for Eastern League Rookie of the Year, and young flamethrower Dustin French is far and away from the league's best reliever. Honolulu needs some serious work on its pitching and roleplayers if it wants to compete. Are you up for the challenge?
