Finance editing?

I know it's super late in FHM 8's lifecycle to ask for something like this, but its become a bigger issue recently. Almost every 1st of the month i'm having to set some teams finances to 'AI' controlled because the player GM can physically not bring themself into the positive, no matter what settings they choose. I'd like to kindly request either an ingame way to fix this, or the knowledge needed to fix it by editing files. It shouldn't be this hard to keep teams afloat :/

Yeah I've seen this bug in multiple leagues now, would be nice to have a quick fix even if we have to manually do it.
