League is in our first off-season after the Reds won our 1994 World Series. Current date is Jan 24, 1995. League is a Stats+ league utilizing most of the features there.

Notable Features:
- Try to follow MLB historical rules as closely as possible
- Try to keep rules within the limits of OOTP and Stats+ to keep things simple
- We aim to play 2 seasons per year
- 20-80 Ratings scale with a 20-80 overall and Potential
- Full Coaches
- Full Minors
- Full Player Development
- We play at a slower pace with the focus on savoring each season and making it hard to fall behind for each GM

Also note the WPORBL-75 (same setup but now in 1975), is currently on OOTP22 and is in mid-July 1975. It will be upgrading to OOTP23 after the World Series and has 3 openings as well (Indians, Cubs, and Rangers).
