I don't know if it's a bug or not, to me it looks like the value of Beckman is way too low but I know trade AI is also very hard to balance. I thought I'd make a thread just in case, let me know if you want the save, this is on my first year with Montreal (currently on Dec 11 2022). Feel free to ignore this thread if you think it's not a bug and just a dumb GM move by the AI https://imgur.com/a/CKbzLhR
