Overlapping financial screens

Mainly a nuisance, but can happen for example 1st day of Month.

1. Click World from the menu, choose a one national team
2. Now click "Monthly budget" button (normally: Continue)

What happens is two or more financial(?) screens of the team you'recurrently managing get overlapped, but none is active or properly visible.

Yeah, looks like it's not switching the focus to the club team properly when the national team view is active. Should be easy to fix, thanks.
