Verbal commit draft bug

I don't have any screenshots this time but went through the VC draft and at the top it contained about 5 players who were already committed(via NSD) to other programs, they were obviously older too, I couldnt right click to nominate them and when checking their contract tab I noticed they'd already signed at the previous NSD.

Hopefully this will be replicable in a test save, if not I can send mine over again.

I'll see if I can find any examples; sounds like they're not getting excluded from the draft list properly, but at least it's correctly disallowing them from being re-nominated.
