PBC is looking for new GMs!

PBC is looking for GMs to take over the Chicago Cubs, Toronto Blue Jays, Detroit Tigers, Washington Nationals, and the Santo Domingo Iguanas (Formerly the Miami Marlins)

Summary:

* 20-80 Relative Ratings

* No scouting/coaches

* We just finished up the 2039 season, and free agency starts later today!

* Low Injuries, TCR is 125

* Slack for Communication

* Comp Balance picks awarded for Market Size/Revenue (lottery, each year)

* Relative Cash Max. Small Market teams can carry over 30M, while larger market teams are restricted to the standard 10M.

* Draft Lottery, and draft pick trading

* We expanded at the start of the 2035 season, so we currently have 32 teams

* TuThSaSu sim schedule. Sims are normally around 6 EST

* League champion creates a 60 POT relative to league prospect with no limitations. As for the teams themselves.

Blue Jays: While they did lose over 100 games last year, the Blue Jays have a top 5 farm, including the number one prospect in baseball, [Josh Davidson!]

Cubs: The Cubs have a relatively mediocre team, with an above average farm (currently ranked 10th). A challenge for sure, but they do have a large budget, which should make things easier

Tigers: While they did lose over 100 games, and don't have an elite farm, they still have some good pieces to sell and some good young players to build around.

Nationals: The Nationals easily have the best current roster of any of these teams, winning 90 games last year. Budget is tied for the largest in the league. Farm is scarce, however.

Iguanas: Definitely the most challenging team available. No top prospects, no budget, and only one or two stars on the roster. Needs some TLC from an experienced GM!
