NSBL recruiting. Real time, Real players, Realistic Financials

NSBL has been around about 20 years. We run a simulation of current year projections modeled after being a GM-for life. Simulation is a combination of owner/GM/Manager with a long arc view of the org. Actual Players only, salaries are realistic. All players are bid on in an offline bidding process. Players are retained for their contract duration - along with trades. 60 player rosters, with 6 draft rounds/year we go a bit beyond team's top 10 prospects.

Contracts are realistic. Salary cap follows MLB expenditures, but distributed based on team wins. Details on request. (see roster sheet below)

This is a mature league and system we've been running for a long time, half the owners have been around over 10 years. 2023 will be our first in OOTP. The league was started in Diamond Mind, but recruiting and stability there has finally waned. We would love to have some fresh blood with free agency beginning in March. There are initially six openings (due to failure to recruit in DMB). OOTP 24 will be required. Feel free to email me or one of our committee leads.
