Click the name of the park you want to copy from. That will open the park's folder with a list of files. From that list select the park name followed by ".ootp3d"

Ie if you want to copy Wrigley Field's cameras you would select

wrigley_field.ootp3d

Is there a way to test camera views outside of playing a game. I dislike trying to adjust cameras after every play of the first couple of innings. So I just use a static view.

Yes.

Once you've made a new camera view you can go to the score screen and load up highlights for any game. Your new camera view will be selectable there the same as if you were playing a game.

This is how I test all of my cameras. It works well as you can take a quick look and if you need to readjust you simply quit the highlights, go back and make your adjustment, reload the highlight and see how it worked. It's not as bad as is sounds as once you've seen the view in the stadium it's normally
a small adjustment to get it "just right".
