New OOTP24 League - The Franchise Baseball League

We already have a solid core of long time players, so looking to fill the other half of the league. Once we have 30 committed GMs, I'll run a lottery to determine a draft order for selecting teams.

Sim Length: 7 days
Sim Schedule: Tu-Th-F-Su at 9am EDT
Player Ratings: 20-80
No Stars
Full Coaching System, with no Coach Poach

No multi-year extensions until after a player has been through arbitration once
6 yr max contracts
Only one Team Option is allowed, it must include a 50% buyout, and it cannot be the cheapest season of a contract
No Vesting Options
Incentives must not exceed 10% of the AAV and must be realistic; I am the sole arbiter
