Trade deadline day crash

Found a trade deadline day issue, tested on a couple different saves.

On Trade Deadline Day, before the sessions(left at default 4 if that matters) are started,

DND is ON
Initiate/React to Trades is set to Assistant GM(also everything else is set to AGM/manager/minor league managers)

I submit a trade that is "Close but not cigar...." or "I can't quite accept this deal..."

Play->Finish Today!

Confirm that trade deadline has not been completed yet, Continue anyways.

Crash while Processing Trade Deadline day.

When reloading and testing trying to do the same trade while changing settings, if Initiate/React to Trades is changed to User, submitting the same trade and then confirming to finish the day went to the next day quickly.

Then I experienced some inconsistency.
If I change Transactions to User, it worked in one save, and not the other.
If I turned off DND, and left Transactions and also Trades on Assistant GM, it still worked in the same one save, and not the other.

Not quite sure how to narrow this down further, or what more detail I should include. I do have the save files, and I've noted the exact trades in the saves I was trying to do.
I'll note that that the Assistant GM has been trying to do some trades in both saves leading up the trade deadline, and has tanked trading reputation on his own in one save.
