Statistics Defined Within Game?

I just purchased OOTP24 and love it so far! It has been about 5 years since I have played the game.

Is there a way to have the various statistics defined for me within the game? Or do I need to research each on the internet outside the game?

(I searched for a similar thread and didn't readily find one.)

Well, you're posting in the 23 forum and I don't have 24 yet but it seems somewhere in prior versions I saw a glossary but I don't remember where. Perhaps in the game manual?

Thanks Brad. I will check out the manual. I posted here because the OOTP24 forums do not have a New to the Game forum (yet).

I haven't played the game for about five years but I thought I could hover my mouse over stats in the past and a popup would appear that describe how the stat was calculated. Or maybe I am misremembering that . . . ?

I vaguely recall a hover feature explaining the column definitions but that might be a memory from BR. Anymore I'm lucky to remember stuff let alone where I saw it!!! LOL. Anyway, I'm sure there's a glossary for OOTP, just can't remember where.

I saw a post a couple days ago asking what VSL meant. One of the devs answered sometimes Versus Left. Well, that should be VsL.
