Thegman0492 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Aug 2018 Posts: 164	No free agent personnel showing up when trying to hire personnel for expansion team Hello, I just started OOTP 23 and it was going great until I got to hiring team personnel (assistant GM, manager, etc) No one shows up when trying to fill these vacancies. Not sure what I did wrong. Any help will be great!
