When coaching system is off

With no coaching system, allow the hiring of managers from retired players and assuming the manager's identity. In other words, I don't want to create a fictional manager when I am playing out the role of manager and gm. I want the ability to hire a retired player as manager and/or gm and keep my control over the game without having to create my retired player from scratch (and the picture is never the same as the retired player's picture) to use as a manager.

Renaming the facegen file name (typically in the Historical Minors ID format) to the First_Last name format will allow it to be read by the coach's profile.

In Commissioner mode, look up the retired player and right-click him and turn him into a coach. You can edit him thereafter with regard to managerial style.
