Pitcher change - a crucially missing animation

If you are watching the games (as a GM), then it's very easy to miss pitcher changes.

What would be cool is this:

1) Manager coming to the mound and raising his left or right arm

2) New pitcher walking to the mound

3) Manager and previous pitcher walking back to the dugout

100%! I always miss pitching changes and it's so annoying. Same with pinch hitters

Pitcher pulled after giving up grand slam hurls his glove against the bat rack and tips over the Gatorade cooler, pulls off his jersey top and stomps on it. Anger issues.

dude, I literally just watched 45 minutes ago my team blow a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the 9th by loading the bases, getting 2 outs, all so that the #6 hitter in the inning, Hank Aaron, could win the game with a grand slam.
