Let 2-way players enter the mound from the field / Fix 2-way relievers

This context is for online leagues or people who don't manage games.

Whenever you have a 2-way player that is a position player and a SP, the game handles them playing both well.

If you have an everyday player that is also a RP, they end up with like 5-10 IP on the year because they only ever pitch on days they don't play the field. If you can't switch a fielder to pitcher as a game manager, that should also be added.

Please allow them to switch to the mound and get a more appropriate 70 IP with ~150 GS. Do a fair adjustment to their rest for them pitching. Of course both 90 IP and 160 GS is unrealistic, but something like 70 IP and 150 GS is fine for a typical fielder.

The game should also also the 2way relievers to go back to the field after pitching.
