International players and building a relationship with them

Could anyone give some advice on how they go about this? I invited 10 players to camp and still have average at best relationships. Should I invite them again? Should I select a new batch? Should I offer contracts and not have any questions about the relationships?

You have to invite them multiple times if you want your relationship to build w/ them, but not all prospect relationships will improve at the same rate. Some prospects may not improve at all, so you have to decide which prospects you want to keep inviting and which ones you want to move on from early so you can work on improving relationships w/ other prospects you haven't invited yet.
