How to Manually Run IFA Practice

I am am researching a ton trying to figure out how to make my relationships with the international free agents stronger. Apparently the key is to run practices. But I cannot fir the life of me figure out how to run them. I invited the guys I want, but do I do anything else? Is there a way to manually trigger a practice?

Should just be able to go into your scouting tab, international and then there should be a "Run Practice" button that you can use once a month after Oct 15th or whatever that date is
