looking for ideas

hey fhm players, i had an idea, where im gonna do an expansion team, but before every season, I will have to spin a wheel with some punishments (can be positive too if you want idrc) and i was looking for some ideas to put on the wheel, if anyone has a minute i'd appreciate any ideas please and thank you

Not so much a punishment as a 'challenge' I guess but would be cool to see you draft only players over/under a certain height/weight and only a certain nationality

You can only sign/draft players who 'disappear" in big games, or perform poorly under pressure.
