Trading International Bonus Pool Money

Has anyone ever seen the AI include this in their trades? I have the box checked to allow it but have never seen it listed. Each year, every team has the equivalent 4,750,000 budget. Just wondering if maybe I am missing something others are see in their game.

No, I don't recall the AI ever trading pool money.

Bumping for views, but...

I am not surprised if it is not often used by AI, if at all. I've taken to Commisioner mode to "managing" the other 29 teams. Too many gaps in operational logic, IMO. Feel like teams would operate more like IRL if the cap was turned off, but that's a separate issue/opinion.

Yes, I have also turned off the cap at times to allow more competition for International Amateurs. I was hoping that the ability to trade bonus pool money would mimic real life by giving some franchises more spending power. I'd like to see the AI use this feature more because I could see this being abused in a game by a player if they wanted to. If they are the only one trading for bonus pool money, they could always outspend the competition.

I have seen two such trades. One of the teams signed the most popular player for a price that the other teams could not pay.
