Disabling minor league coaching

Its quite a technical question, not sure im getting an answer, but its been bothering me for a while. If we do it, does Majors coaching ratings apply towards all the minors, or is it a default number ?

Not possible to disable just minor league coaching. You either have coaching on or off. It applies to all levels of your League.

In MANAGER OPTIONS you can set roster and strategy decisions to be held either by you the GM or the minor league managers. Is this what you mean?
