Neutralized stat league, any weirdness?

Thinking about using neutralized stats the next time I start a league. I haven’t played neutralized stats in years because it seemed like some stuff was built in that I didn’t want such as players having stats even for years the missed IRL, Ty Cobb playing 1B for some reason and a couple other reasons.
I think Garlon has changed some things so wondering how it plays currently compared to real stats. Thanks.

Over the past two versions of OOTP, I have not seen any issues with neutralized stats. But I don't have players miss seasons according to real life, so I can't speak to that issue specifically. However, if you choose the option to use real historical minors, be aware that neutralized stats will not be available in your game. OOTP will have to use real stats instead.
