Weekly Perfect team league not available

Hi, it's Noon EST on Monday, and my OOTP 24 Perfect Team league is still saying "The new league will be available shortly!" and the 'Play Perfect Team' button is greyed out. It looks like it should be Iron.229.

I've restarted the app several times, and am having no issues with Tournaments. I'm using the Steam version on a Mac. Let me know if there's anything else I can try.
