Facegen is cropped and not showing correctly

Playing on a 4k monitor (3840x2160) with the game in full screen mode and I'm getting these weird cropped Facegen images for players as well as staff. For the record, I downloaded jerseys and put them in the game folder after starting the saved game. Let me know if there's anything else I can provide to help.

Check on start screeen-Settings, in the Facegen section: is the Facegen zoom mode set to zoom in, zoom out, or normal? We had an issue with zoom in during beta, but it looked a little different, I'm wondering if this is the same thing.

It's the same issue that's been happening with Facegen for 4-5 years now. It used to be that you would only see an arm. I've had this happen 3 times in FHM10 so far.

Only fix is to get out of the game, go to your hard drive>>>user name>>>documents>>>Out of the park development>>>FHM10>>>Saved Games (Select your save)>>>Graphics>>>From here, go both into the Players folder and the Personel folder and delete everything in the folder.

Launch the game again. The game will repopulate the pics properly and you should be fine for a while (until it shows back up, then you have to do this again).

Doesn't look like the zoom-in issue, then. Is this happening consistently every time you restart the game? After restarting, try going to the picture menu on the player screen and click on "new fictional picture" - the face will change, but does the new one have the same problem?

Actually that bug is still there. I've had the original bug (only bottom corner loads) happen 30-40% of the time or so in 10.

Yeah, it's still the same issue. I even changed the zoom mode just to show it hasn't changed:

Just to confuse you further, probably 1 out of every 20 or so players doesn't have this problem:

I can't seem to figure out why some have it and others don't though. I did alternated between windowed and fullscreen, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.
