Steam cloud questions
So, the work I've done on my home PC in OOTP doesn't transfer to the save for my gaming laptop that I bring on the road. Both are on internet and cloud is supposedly in synch.
is there something I'm missing from steam cloud set-up or is this intended? If it is intended am I able to take my saved game from on pc and transfer to my other pc via google drive? if so what files exactly are needed to do so? Thank you |

Their excuses are usually about file sizes. They do not seem to realize that Stream no longer has a file size limit and that the 'limit' is now is set by the developer. There are other cloud based work arounds, but all of them are kind of a hassle to use. Last edited by rudel.dietrich; 12-01-2023 at 02:01 PM. |

For an inexplicable reason, they choose not to utilize the Steam cloud, unlike most other games. While the excuse in the past was that the file size was too large, this can no longer be considered valid, as Steam no longer imposes a maximum file size.
