Building new arena in Historical

This is the second time I try to build an arena and it tells me it will be ready in 3 years on july first and so far no arena has been built...

Could you upload that save? I can think of a few possible causes for that, but we'd need to see the save to be sure. Uploading instructions are at https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=341827

Before sending my save, I found that I clicked on "move to new arena when they come avail. in time" (not excat wording lol, could it be that and if it is that would you be able to uncheck that box with the save as I cant seem to be able in the options ; ; ;
