Some how account is bonkers

Help! I have a herd of packs to pen, but can't. It crashed the game when I try to click on it now (was giving an error like I wasn't connected to the internet), reinstalled the game, tried to do whatever I could think of doing to fix it, but nothing is. Do I need to send something to get help on fixing this? It started by like 3 packs involved, now I think it's double digits. The packs had a few perfects, rainbow and not sure what else. The only thing I really didn't do was install in new directories, but had uninstalled the game and tried to almost pretend I was new, granted I have lots of older versions of the game. Please advise if I can do something, send something, if someone can become me and figure it out or whatever is needed. Been a few days and not able to fix it, had finished the last mission on there so wanted to do some roster editing but can.t.

If something is corrupt, one thing you might try would be to open the game and on the start screen go to settings > troubleshooting > force reinstall game data. That should reset things if there's anything corrupt or broken in your install.

I done that, installed it fresh, etc. and still unable to open up card packs. It shows I have 11 right now, if I try to open it from where it says the number or by clicking the pack, it won't open them, or at least I don't think so, it boots me out of the game completely at this point. I've tried reinstalling, different directories, not saving files, saving files, etc. Nearly any option I can think of, and as soon as I try to open a pack, from either the numbers or the image of the pack, it basically shows like its not accessible a bit (you can hear it running) then the whole process dies and I'm out on main screen. When it started the other day, I tried to open one of the packs I had, and it was telling me I needed to be online to open the packs (which I was). Next option I can try?

Do you have trace files enabled? If you go to the Troubleshooting section of the OOTP Settings, you can Enable "Write debug info to file" or something similar to that, and then when the crash happens, grab the text file that's generated from the game files, and then you can upload that here so we can take a look at it to see what's going on and possibly figuring something out.

Hope this is right. I'm brain struggling trying to try something, thought it could be a system file messed up or permissions or something but nothing has clicked. Here is the trace file

did that help? the fact that once I reinstalled, it keeps sending me through approving the terms and conditions and one other opening page. I'm struggling to get a logic and a way to fix. I have 20 packs now, ugh

From your trace file, it appears that you have an outdated version of OpenGL, which won't run the 3d parts of the game, including pack opening. The next step here would be to update your video card drivers. It would also probably not hurt to update your OS if you haven't done that recently.

Well that makese sense as a problem, I have to turn that off, since I did do a reset and all, I didn't reset that, bu I will try. I know that this is on the outset on video bu this one is so old it wont update ---I will check all of that, because if I did a reinstall and not saved settings, then that needs to be done at least to make sure. I'll work on trying to go through and reset it all and such and if I fix it will say so, if someone else sees or thinks of something else please advise

Have you tried opening the packs on Go and then managing them from your main computer?

no I hadn't but the reason I hadn't is that I had it working fine, just had to tweak settings, I am trying to remember if I had it working after last update or not. Update was 1st of December and I am not 100% sure but think I had it on and working with pack pening. I'm back to gettng the error I had that I didn't know where to look. It says the following

An error occurred while trying to get the pack content. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and logged into Perfect Team. Please try again.

I can run another trace and see if anybody sees anything, hopefully the wording about not being connected (although as anybody can obviously tell, I am), so not sure what triggers that response or what I need to run or not run if took too much back.

If you can't get your video card updated, as workaround you could turn off the 3d pack opening in the settings.

thats what I've been on and when it was working fine. The no network part is all new to the other day, I'm trying to remember if I did update then or had already done that.

Getting it back to the first problem state is good, at least getting same error status as did when the misadventures stsarted.

Stumbled upon the fix, at least I think so, there may be some glitches out there but it's closer. What appeared to be the problem was too many cards. Finally got it to mention too many cards at one place, so sold a bunch of duplictate low value cards and after I sold a lot, was able to open packs. It kind of seemed like some disappeared but that may have ones that wored. So anyhow, thanks for all the help and those that tried to figure out something/anything.

(See I don't ask for help and stop, I pretty much have tried everything I could think of for a week, finding too many cards was not easy as nothing was pointing to that. I'll always try to ask and communicate, years of trouble shooting, sometimes all it takes is a magic word to steer you in a direction to fix it).
