how do you upload a screen print?

How do you upload a screen print or picture from the game

Under the text box I am typing in, hit "Go Advanced", then in the refreshed window, look below again to "Manage Attachments". A pop up window comes up and from that pop-up, navigate to where the image is and select, and then hit upload. When it shows as being attached, you post as usual and it will be there.
