Looking for help with a specific interleague Algorithm thing

I'm trying to make this type of schedule:

2 subleagues, 2 divisions each, 9 teams each

162 games

12 intradivisional games, 2-3 against all others (3 intraleague, 2 against 15 interleague teams, 3 against 3 interleague teams)

It fits into the Friday-Sunday current format. 19 6 game weeks, 6 7 game weeks, plus the two opening and all-star Friday-Sunday sets.

I'm currently stumbling a little with the interleague 2-3 alignment.

The 12-15 home-road teams from intraleague need a 6-3 interleague set. Is there something counterintuitive that does not add up here? Because there's an odd-even number on the 12-15/15-12 team sets?

I tried laying out the non-division intraleague & interleague, and it was trickier to balance the home/away than what I expected. The attached zipped TSV is one way I got it to work. Can open or paste it into a spreadsheet to see the series layout of triplets of number of games, away team number, and home team number.

I set the intraleague to have one division in each subleague all have the extra three games (one more series) at home. That was teams 10-18 & 19-27.

All the interleague series I started as 2-game series. I picked three for each team to make 3-game. For teams 1-9 they caught up on their home game total by getting all home 3-game interleague series. But those had to be all against teams within 19-27 since that is the division that needed more away games. Same thing for 28-36 getting their additional home games from 3-game interleague series against teams within 10-18.

Thanks! Turns out my league expanded to 38 teams and I always want to turn it off but it feels so unimmersive to me.

Ha, so this is indeed trickier than I expected. This 3-0 format didn't even occur to me. I sort of noticed some time ago that in a schedule like this the least balanced unit is usually the middle one (interdivision), not interleague. I think there are less pivot points? Gotta keep that in mind. But big thanks!
